To return a product, please login your account and visit order records. Enter your order number and the billing zip code to retrieve your order and select the products you would like to return. Follow the directions on-screen to begin the return process. All products must be returned in new, unused condition in their original box. Shipping must be prepaid by the customer on all returns. Refund will be given on merchandise returned, less shipping & packaging.
