Return Policy

To return a product, please login your account and visit order records. Enter your order number and the billing zip code to retrieve your order and select the products you would like to return. Follow the directions on-screen to begin the return process. All products must be returned in new, unused condition in their original box. Shipping must be prepaid by the customer on all returns. Refund will be given on merchandise returned, less shipping & packaging. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. 

You may contact our Customer Service Department at Sales@shelandy.com to request a prepaid return label to obtain a return authorization number. Your return authorization number is valid for a period of 30 days from the date you received your order. In addition, A customized product is not returnable.

Return Policy for Holiday Purchases

In the case of items purchased as gifts during the holiday season, we do extend our return policy from the standard 30 days. You can purchase at any time before Christmas with the peace of mind that the person for whom you bought will have a stress-free return time frame.
