Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of shipping, Shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, We will contact you via registered email.

Shipment method / Estimated delivery time

Package under 10 lbs. - USPS Priority Service: 2-5 DAYS 

Package between 10 and 150 lbs. - FedEx Ground: 3-7 DAYS

Shipment over 150 lbs will be shipped by pallet instead of parcel delivery. If your address type is residential, An extra charge will be applied. The estimated delivery time of Less than truck may extend to 2-3 weeks. 

We can not accept shipment address to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO. Please enter a physical address while place an order.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email contains tracking numbers once your order has been shipped. The tracking number normally will be active within 24 hours. We can not guarantee that everything listed is in stock, Therefore you will receive a refund notification if the items you ordered is out of stock.

Damages

SHELANDY is liable to help our customers to file a claim on carrier website. In case of parcels damaged or lost during shipping. Please save all packaging materials and pictures and do not hesitate to contact us with all proofs all can provide.
