Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping

  1. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  2. Free standard shipping is available for the continental United States, with most orders shipped from Walnut, California using FedEx Ground & Home Delivery services.
  3. Estimated delivery times: 1-3 business days for Western states, 3-5 business days for Central states, and 4-7 business days for Eastern states.
  4. Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are calculated at checkout, with delivery times varying based on location.
  5. Overweight items (over 150 lbs) are shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight, taking 7-10 business days.
  6. Shipment Confirmation emails with tracking numbers are sent once orders are shipped, and tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
  7. High-value items may require a signature upon delivery, with re-delivery or pickup instructions provided if unavailable.
  8. Shipping to P.O. Boxes is not available, but we do ship to U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, although these may take longer.
  9. Shelandy is liable for products damaged or lost during shipping, and customers should save packaging materials and contact customer service for claims.
  10. Customers must ensure the correct shipping address; Shelandy is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.

International Shipping

  1. International orders to Canada and Mexico are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  2. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
  3. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes applied to their orders.
  4. Shipment Confirmation emails with tracking numbers are sent once orders are shipped, becoming active within 24 hours.
  5. Shelandy does not ship to countries other than Canada and Mexico but can recommend reliable international logistics forwarders.

Return & Refund Policy

  1. Shelandy offers a 30-day return policy for customers who are not completely satisfied with their purchase.
  2. To initiate a return, log in to your account, access your order records, and follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  4. Customers are responsible for prepaying return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  5. Customized products are not eligible for returns.
  6. A return authorization is required and is valid for 30 days from the date of order receipt.
  7. Defective items qualify for a prepaid shipping label, obtainable through customer support.
  8. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item and are issued to the original payment method.
  9. The return policy for holiday purchases is extended beyond the standard 30 days to accommodate gift recipients.
