- Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are calculated at checkout, with delivery times varying based on location.
- Overweight items (over 150 lbs) are shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight, taking 7-10 business days.
- Shipment Confirmation emails with tracking numbers are sent once orders are shipped, and tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
- High-value items may require a signature upon delivery, with re-delivery or pickup instructions provided if unavailable.
- Shipping to P.O. Boxes is not available, but we do ship to U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, although these may take longer.
