All SHELANDY pet wash stations are professionally packed in custom-built industrial crates to ensure maximum protection during long-distance freight transportation.

Each unit is secured on a pallet base and enclosed with reinforced honeycomb panels, specifically designed for heavy equipment shipment.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation
  • Freight booking is scheduled once the unit is ready for dispatch

Delivery Inspection Requirement

Customers must inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.

  • Inspect the crate exterior for visible damage
  • Note any damage clearly on the delivery receipt
  • Take photos immediately if damage is observed
  • Contact SHELANDY support within 24 hours

Shipping Damage & Claims

Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo documentation.

Failure to note damage at the time of delivery may affect claim eligibility with the freight carrier.
