Is it safe and comfortable for dogs?
Yes. The station has a transparent splash-guard door that closes for a fully enclosed wash while keeping your dog 100% visible at all times. Inside you will find non-slip flooring, warm-water mixing, gentle spray options. Users control water and airflow from the control panel (touchscreen optional). Always follow on-screen prompts and never leave pets unattended.
What utilities and space do I need?
Hot and cold water supply, a floor or wall drain, and a dedicated 2-phase 208–240V circuit ending in a NEMA 14-30R or NEMA 14-50R receptacle (per site/load). Clearances, rough-in heights, and exact connection sizes are all in the Installation Spec Sheet—you can download it on this page.
Is installation complicated?
Not at all. The unit ties into your existing water and drain lines. Required a dedicated 208–240V NEMA 14-30R outlet. No special exhaust is typically required beyond normal commercial ventilation. A licensed plumber/electrician can handle it in a routine visit. We include a hookup diagram, and we're available for a quick phone/video check if you want.
How does POS terminal work?
Built-in EMV card acceptance supports contactless/tap, chip, and mobile wallets. Pricing, time blocks, and add-ons are configurable. The system can show basic sales reports and usage data so you can track ROI easily.
What does weekly maintenance look like?
It's simple: empty the hair trap, rinse surfaces, wipe the utility cabinet, and run a quick disinfecting cycle at the end of the day. Weekly, open utility cabinet and check filters, refill shampoo/conditioner tank. We include a step-by-step care checklist.

We provide U.S.-based parts and tech support; our technicians can troubleshoot remotely and coordinate parts or on-site service through our network if needed.
Do you offer financing?

Orders ship from Southern California within 3 business days of receipt. We pack it in two wooden crates and ship via freight (LTL) direct to your address. Free shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Typical transit times: West Coast 2–4 business days, Central 5–7 business days, East Coast 7–10 business days (and never more than 15 business days). For AK, HI, PR, or Canada, please contact our sales team for the shipping rates and timeline.
Do you offer paid on-site installation?
Yes—if your business is in California, Nevada, or Arizona, we can dispatch a technician for paid on-site installation. Shipping still occurs via professional freight; once the crates arrive, contact your sales rep to schedule the install.
