Warranty Claim

Shelandy company provides the original purchaser with a one-year guarantee, effective from the date of purchase.

(1) "Defect" is defined as imperfections that impair the original function of the product. 

(2) This policy covers any defects in the manufacturing of Shelandy products except violation of maintenance instruction that noticed on products manual.

(3) The original purchaser is responsible for providing proof of purchase records, like screenshots or receipts.

Warranty covered:

Replacement of defective parts or whole item. 

Warranty not covered: 

Damages caused by animals are not covered under product's warranty nor are damages caused by abuse or failure to perform normal maintenance or any other expense.

This Warranty shall not apply to any defect, malfunction or failure to conform with the Warranty provisions if caused by damage (not resulting from defect or malfunction) due to unreasonable use by the Purchaser. 

Including consequential damages, incidental damages or incidental expenses, Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental of consequential damages, Therefore, the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state.
