- Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are calculated at checkout, with delivery times varying based on location.
- Overweight items (over 150 lbs) are shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight, taking 7-10 business days.
- Shipment Confirmation emails with tracking numbers are sent once orders are shipped, and tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
- High-value items may require a signature upon delivery, with re-delivery or pickup instructions provided if unavailable.

Return & Refund Policy
- Shelandy offers a 30-day return policy for customers who are not completely satisfied with their purchase.

- Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for prepaying return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Customized products are not eligible for returns.
