Return and Refund Policy
This policy explains our return eligibility, refund process, and important conditions.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in resellable condition.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
💰 Shipping & Fees
Return Shipping: For non-quality related returns (e.g., changed your mind, purchased by mistake), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the shipping expenses.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for items returned in their original condition within the 30-day window.
⛔ Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and safety for all customers and to maintain the integrity of our high-value equipment, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized Products: Equipment tailored to specific requirements—such as private label (custom branding), specialized voltage configurations, or unique control systems—are strictly non-returnable.
- Irreversible Damage: Any machines that show signs of irreversible damage, including surface scratches, physical deformation, permanent staining, or heavy soiling that cannot be cleaned to original condition.
- Incomplete Items: Items missing original packaging, internal padding, manuals, accessories, or parts.
- Final Sale: Items explicitly marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
📦 Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team at sales@shelandy.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.
🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures clear tracking and a faster replacement process for your business.
⚠️ Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Improper Use or Accidental Damage: Damage caused by improper installation, voltage mismatch, or physical mishaps (including impacts, dropping, or knocking) on the customer's side is not covered.
💳 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
